The third-generation RX-7, FD3S, launched in the fall of 1991,
was not only a major improvement over its predecessor with its 255 horsepower 13B-REW rotary engine,
outstanding handling, and beautiful styling, but also attracted attention from around the world.
It underwent minor changes until production ended in 2002, with the most significant change being in January 1999.
In addition to reaching 280 horsepower, the maximum for Japanese cars at the time,
it also featured a new front bumper and rear wing, changes to the suspension settings,
and other features that made it a remarkable evolution as a sports car.
TLV-NEO released the FD3S model, the early models commonly known as I-IV models in 2018,
and the V and VI models, which underwent major exterior changes, in 2022,
all of which were very well received. This time, we will be releasing the Type R Bathurst R,
a special edition model set as the final model commonly known as Type VI.
The Bathurst R also reproduces the lettering on the B-pillar and the yellow body color.
Only the Type A is a two-seater model. Be sure to get your hands on the FD3S model,
which still shines as one of Japan's leading sports cars.
