Most items are ready to ship [Apart from Pre Order items], we are happy to combine shipping and ship worldwide , if you have any question , please ask freely, thanks!

Condition - All items are in new condition unless specified or see pictures for condition please feel free message us on Facebook /Instagram /WhatsApp with a question. Thank you for looking.


Product Images

For many of our items, we display stock images, which may not always reflect the exact product in hand. If you'd like to see an actual photo of the product you’re purchasing, simply contact us, and we’ll try to provide one if possible.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to secure items before they arrive in stock. When placing an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, please note that the entire order may be held until the pre-order items arrive.

If you notice it's been over 6 months, please reach out to us.

Delays: Frequently, pre-orders may experience delays. In such cases, please allow an additional 6 months or even more for certain product lines to arrive.

Estimated Arrival Times: While we provide estimated arrival times for pre-order items, these dates are never guaranteed. Stock may arrive with us months later than when it is seen at other retailers or online stores.

We do not receive stock at the same time as major retailers or other sellers. We are often 1-2 months later. Please understand that just because a major retailer has received stock does not mean we will have it too.

    Exchange item not available on the following situations
    Pre Order / Reserve item and ship out your item until total purchase at 150usd.

     

    ORDER CANCELLATION/ REFUND

    You may cancel your order within 72 hours after check out,
    7% of the order value will be charge at the cancellation fee.

    Past this time, 20% of the order value will be kept as a cancellation fee.
    Those are not negotiable. Thanks for your understanding.

    Change of Mind:

    • We do not accept change of mind returns, nor do we accept returns for opened or used items.

    Refund and Exchange only available on (No Charge)
    if you purchased item it's out of stock.

    SHIPPING DAMAGE

    We package all of our items carefully and with strong packaging materials. Items are rarely damaged in shipping. However, if this does occur, please REFUSE the parcel and DO NOT sign the airway bill. EMS will then send us back to us for free and we can immediately send you a replacement. If you see that the package is damaged, try to ask the delivery guy to check inside the parcel if the part is broken. Most of the times they let you check before signing the receipt.

    If you already opened the parcel and realize it’s damaged than please contact us, we may not offer or partially refunds depends on the damaged type.

    Inspect Your Order: 

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. Although we are not responsible for Factory Defects.

    Courier Claims:

    • Damages incurred during shipping are to be claimed by the receiver with our courier for compensation. While we can file claims on your behalf, the fastest resolution is for the receiver to file directly with the courier.

    Damages

    Packaging:

    • Damaged cards or boxes are not considered damaged items. Packaging is designed to protect the item inside and is not sold as part of the product.

    • Cracked blisters or bent cards will not be replaced.

    Collector's Note:

    • If you require MINT condition items, please contact us first so we can send you physical photos of the product where possible.

    • Factory QC (Quality Control) determines product quality, not the customer. We adhere strictly to the brand's quality guidelines. We will not replace items a customer deems unfit due to personal standards being higher than the manufacturer’s.

    Sealed Cases: 

    • Purchasing a sealed case waives the opportunity for us to check for defects. We are not responsible for damage caused by Mattel upon opening sealed cases.

    Double-Taped Boxes

    • Some customers may notice double-taped boxes and assume we have searched for chase variants or tampered with the contents. This is not the case. We do not double tape boxes or open agreed sealed cases. Double-taped boxes come from the factory in this condition and still have a chance to contain a chase.

    Free Shipping with 150USD*/**

    *Hong Kong/North American/Mexico are not eligible on the free shipping list.
    ** Austria/Chile/Croatia/Czechia, Most Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, South America, Africa and other destinations will to parcel weight & size limitation, free shipping will be via Surface Parcel 7-10 weeks to arrive instead of Airmail/EC Ship due to delivery service is temporarily suspended at the moment. Airmail/EC Ship will apply on a small parcel (with in 1kg items)

    All your reserve items will be keep at our warehouse 3 Months (Pre-Order item will be count at the date of release after 3months) , after email reminder with no reply item will be relisted back to shop.
